Students learn skills and an understanding of the arts through various programs which include our Art at Lunch program, the Dunbar melodrama, school band & choir, and more.
Our 5th Grade Dunbar Melodrama
This is a spectacular original series of plays over a decade in production. The 5th grade students act in and help stage a full-length Western melodrama. Performed every spring on the beautiful Haver stage outdoors under the oaks. This play is one of our fifth graders culminating experiences at Dunbar.
